At the heart of what I do is create healing environments where people feel safe enough to pause and connect with themselves. Through workshops, journaling circles, retreats, and individual sessions (online and in person), I support people in reconnecting with what matters most to them.
There are over 100 different ways to journal, and I love helping clients discover the approaches that actually work for them, some of which don’t even involve pen and paper.
I also facilitate weekly yoga classes from my live-online yoga studio. More info on yoga can be found here.
As a journal therapy coach, I guide participants through thoughtfully designed experiences that support insight, emotional processing, and self-trust. It's important to note that journaling is so much more than pen to paper too! Our sessions include audio recordings, paint, collage, lists and much more.
