After stepping into the unknown in 2017 following my divorce and consequent career change, relocation, and sobriety, I've found that I love guiding others onto a path of self discovery and transformation. My focus is on people who are considering recovery and looking for help to navigate the path there as well as on people who are already on the road of recovery looking for ways to thrive. Recovery can include anything from substance use disorder, grief, illness, divorce, marginalization, mental health challenges, and more. My training through SHE RECOVERS® stands upon the belief that we are "all recovering from something".
