Taking our bodies to the mat (or chair) is a great way to connect with ourselves and the present moment. My classes are geared towards all experience levels, slow paced, and focused on supporting the nervous system. Each class is about 30 minutes long and includes postures, breath work and meditation.
Being able to connect with and offer yoga to students of all ages and physical abilities is very important to me. I've found chair yoga to be the perfect way to do this.
Keeping in mind that some yoga students may have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or be in recovery, I offer classes that acknowledge the student as the expert of themselves and their body.
All yoga classes are offered online and in person
with the option to join group or private classes.
