If it doesn't feel like beauty, look like beauty, taste like beauty or sound like beauty then I'm not interested. It must also be true too. As I strive to align with true beauty I find that everything else falls into place.

Once you've become aware of something challenging in your life, don't stop there. Ask yourself, "Now what?" Wait until you get an answer and do that thing. Don't worry about the next thing, just do one thing at a time and let the next thing present itself to you when it's ready.

Those days when you wake up and are so overwhelmed by everything you need to do can be handled with pen and paper. Sit down and write out a schedule on the left side of a piece of paper (hour by hour). On the right side of the paper, write out every single thing you need/want to do. One by one, plug your to-dos into the schedule on the left side of the page and cross off the task on the right side of the page. Now everything has its place and time. And don't forget to schedule yourself some downtime and fun too.
